Got some sticky feelings you want to feel? This is also perfect for that! I can hold space, support you somatically, and encourage you to play in order to process your emotions so you don’t have to feel like you’re always ‘doing the work’.
We will have a 45-minute session on Zoom where I will coach your face off (don’t worry, it won’t hurt!), support you in processing your feelings, help you gain clarity, and provide reframed thoughts so you can take action and make the changes you want in your life.
We can get a lot done in 45 minutes, I promise you that. Easy peasy lemon squeezey! 🍋
