his is where you can book a free 30 minute ‘Tea & Talk’ session held via Zoom – this is where you can talk to me about anything to do with my coaching packages or early childhood services. A warm drink is optional, but I invite you to get cosy in any way that feels good to you!
The vibe of a ‘Tea & Talk’ is like when you go round to your friend’s house and they’ve already put the kettle on and there’s biscuits on the table before you’ve even got in the door. You feel welcomed, cosy and comfortable. You are able to share your true, authentic self from a place of knowing that you won’t be judged, shamed or ridiculed

What this call is for:
✅ Feeling out whether coaching with me is the right next step for you
✅ Getting clarity on what my coaching feels like on a cellular level
✅ Exploring what you’re hoping to shift, process, or create
✅ Asking questions about my early childhood work – consulting, workshops, speaking engagements etc
✅ Seeing if we’re a good fit (this is a two-way relationship!)
What this call is not for:
❌ I don’t offer free business mentoring or “pick-my-brain” sessions about how to build, structure, or price your own services.
❌ If you’re looking for support with nervous-system wobblies around your business, that does belong in paid coaching – but the logistical/strategy side of business is outside this container.
