Here is the free introduction video to my Play with Your Brain: Overwhelm program! It is just under 45 minutes and you have until end of the day on Friday 30th April to access. I share with you some top tips for managing your overwhelm as well as the four week roadmap to the program. We start on Monday 3rd May, there are limited places available so if you are interested be sure to sign up to my newsletter or join my FREE Facebook group to get early bird access. The course is $49 for four weeks plus you get a bonus 1:1 coaching session with yours truly!

Questions? Send me an email! Enjoy!

Two FREE Webinars for ECE!

Brightwheel have uploaded the webinar I did with them yesterday. Give yourself a gift and set aside an hour to watch this. Click the picture above to go straight there! Know a friend that would like to watch this? Forward this email or share the link – the more educators who know how to manage their minds, the better it will be for everyone!

I’d love to know your thoughts so make sure you send me a message with any comments or questions you have.

Taking time to focus on your self-care is NOT selfish. This is a common trend I see when people feel overwhelmed – they are doing everything for other people and nothing for themselves.

My next FREE webinar will be on Monday 26th April over on my Facebook page where I will be sharing with you an introduction to my Play with Your Brain: Overwhelm coaching program. This is not like any other course you have signed up to before – there will be live teachings each week, practices you can implement straight away that can take as little as 5-10 minutes, plus a community of like-minded people who will be there to support you and share their successes and struggles! And you get a bonus 1:1 session with me! There are limited spaces, so be sure to sign up to my newsletter or join my Facebook group for early bird access.

More information will be shared on Monday, so for now have a great weekend and remember to shine on!
